Meet The Team

Stephen Mckenna

MCIOB MCIArb

Stephen has obtained substantial experience in handling commercial and contractual matters in construction from a specialist, client or main contractor’s perspective. During those years he has been involved with and final accounting of over twenty projects.

His experience encompasses a wide range of projects with values ranging up to 1.6 billion pounds. Stephen acts in a commercial capacity from the outset of the project, preparing cost plans and the procurement of the works with final recommendations on selections given. During the life cycle of the project, he values changes progressively, negotiating and agreeing the final valuation with the client’s commercial team. Stephen’s work predominately involves objective evaluation and preparation of elements of the final account. These elements have included delay and disruption claims, variations, damages, contra charges and loss and expense. Experience has been gained with most forms of procurement and is familiar with the operational aspects of many forms of contract.

Sarah Mckenna

Practice Manager

Sarah manages all incoming enquires and ensures that our deadlines are achieved. She keeps our clients up to date on progress of their quotes and services they have obtained from us. She manages the diaries of all our consultants to ensure that we are meeting our targets.

Robert Mckenna

Commercial Consultant

Robert is an accomplished and motivated consultant with a proven track record in delivering both commercially and operationally successful fit out and refurbishment projects in the commercial and residential sector.

Robert provides on site commercial management for our clients, dealing with payment applications and change control. He provides up to date cost information and client reporting.

Tom Briercliffe

Senior Commercial Consultant

Tom is an experienced consultant specialising on projects for the construction industry. Skilled in Project Estimation, Tender Preparation, Value Engineering, and Cost Management for ‘End User’ Clients, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors alike. A strong built environment professional trained in Quantity Surveying & Commercial/Residential Construction Management.
