We manage the entire tender process, preparing scope documents and pricing schedules for each of the works packages comprising the entire project.  We manage the tender enquires, by following the clients selected bid lists or offer advice on suppliers that would be suitable for the project where bid lists are not available.  We manage the information flow during the tender action, ensuring that the contractors are pricing the latest design information and ensure that all tenders are received on time and complete.  We appraise tender returns, completing a detailed analysis, sanitising any inappropriate exclusions or qualifications through a robust tender query process.  We provide recommendation on contractor selection for final client approval.
