We ensure the project is managed correctly commercially.  We manage all financial matters throughout the course of the project.  We monitor regular progress of the works, ensuring that payment applications are submitted and assessed within the time frames demanded by the Contract and relevant legislation. To this effect we prepare payment certificates for client approval and payment.  We monitor and manage change control on the project providing a detailed cost report to the client, scheduling anticipated costs to inform the final outturn cost of the project.  We prepare final account settlements for client approval and associated documentation to conclude the clients or contractors obligations of their agreement.
